Refund policy

Happy Holidays! We gladly accept retail merchandise returns that are unworn and home goods that have not been used with the receipt and all tags intact. During the first 7 days, if paid by cash or check, you will receive a refund via check within 3-5 business days; immediate refund if paid by credit card. Store credit is available through January 15, 2026, or 30 days from the purchase date. Items are not available for exchange once the previous store credit period has passed. All items purchased with a markdown are FINAL SALE.

 Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and expire five years from the date of purchase. Please treat your gift card like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
