Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at breathe at home! We gladly accept merchandise returns on unopened items with receipt and all packaging intact. Any opened or used skincare, supplements, or body care items cannot be returned or exchanged. During the first 7 days, if paid by cash or check, you will receive a refund via check within 3-5 business days; immediate refund if paid by credit card. Store credit is available during the first 30 days. After 30 days, merchandise is non-returnable. All food and beverage items are FINAL SALE. All items purchased with a markdown are FINAL SALE.

Please note: Due to their size, Jellycat Gigantics that have been ordered and shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and expire five years from the date of purchase. Please treat your gift card like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
