If you select local pick-ups, your purchase will be available in 24-48 business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for curbside pick-up!

Furniture is only available for in-store pick up at this time. You can purchase furniture online, but you must pick it up at the store. Call us to schedule a pick up time at 585-203-1582.

We aim to ship packages within 2 business days. Standard shipping times are 7-10 days unless otherwise specified. An email will be sent with tracking information when your order is shipped.

We gladly accept retail merchandise returns with receipt and all tags intact. Refunds are available within 7 days; exchanges for merchandise or store credit within 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of food or beverage items. All items purchased on sale or markdown are final sale. 

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and expire five years from the date of purchase. Please treat your gift card like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
